This is the license agreement for FlashMail. You must accept this license agreement to install this software. This agreement grants the user certain specific rights. Other rights not outlined here, and not provided by law, are not granted. This program is protected by US copyright laws and international treaties, violators may be subject to prosecution or civil action as applicable. You may not reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise render a human perceptible form of this software. Further, you may not alter or modify the code contained within this program.
Grant of License
The user is granted a limited license to use FlashMail, in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, for a period of 30 days from the date on which FlashMail was first installed. Once FlashMail has been properly registered, it may be used for an indefinite period of time. You may copy and distribute the FlashMail installation file, complete and unaltered, freely, so long as you do not distribute with it your registration code. Non-profit, charitable organizations may be granted full license free of charge if they can provide evidence of their charitable efforts, with the provision that the software is only to be used in the organizationÆs place of business.
Extent Of License
Once this software is registered, it may be installed on one computer regardless of the number of people using that computer. It is designed to check many mailboxes, and these mailboxes do not have to be all for one person or entity.
Disclaimer
The user of this software agrees not to hold the author of the software liable or responsible for any occurrence resulting from the use of the software. Specifically, the author may not be held responsible for the loss of data or information resulting from the use of FlashMail. The author may not, in any case, be held responsible for any amount of money greater than the price paid for the software. The unregistered version of the software comes with no warranty of any kind and the author will bear no responsibility for any occurrence resulting from its use.
